School Picture

I had no idea Emerson's daycare center was taking "school pictures". I guess they had a photography studio come in and take pictures of all the kids and even grouped them by "class". So, for the infant class they even put a composite together of each baby and their "teachers". We always kind of joke that Emerson goes to "school" 3 days a week, but this makes it seem like she really does. So, here's my baby at 7 months old at school.


Now, I know so often that you never know what will happen with school pictures and it can seem like the photographer really doesn't pay any attention to kids with goofy expressions or hair or clothing in disarray. Well, it seems Em got the opposite kind of attention. Her hair normally just goes one direction (she has her Daddy to thank for the various cowlicks she has). It appears that someone took Em's hair and pushed it over in the total opposite direction, so she's got some crazy volume going on and somewhat looks like she could be wearing a toupee. At least she's smiling!
